X handle availability checker / Twitter username availability / social handle lookup for brand launch workflows. Read-only X API v2 user-by-username check. Returns available=true when the handle is not found and available=false with public profile metrics when claimed. Requires X_BEARER_TOKEN; no posting, replying, liking, following, scraping, or account mutation.
