DESCRIPTION

Search recent public X and Twitter posts for a query, with optional language and result-count controls. Returns post text, timestamps, author profiles, and public engagement metrics; legacy Twitter search operators such as since:, until:, and -filter:retweets are normalized before the X API call. If X access is unavailable, the same tweets array returns clearly labeled public-index results with degraded status instead of an empty paid response. Use it as a Twitter search API, X search API, recent tweet search, or public-post monitor.
