What changed

The three video generation endpoints now cost $5.00 per clip: 

image-to-video    $0.20 -> $5.00
text-to-video     $0.20 -> $5.00
seedance-video    $0.20 -> $5.00

Why

A 5-second Seedance 2.0 Fast generation costs about $3.80 of upstream inference. At $0.20 we were paying for the privilege of serving every call. $5.00 covers the clip and leaves an honest margin, including headroom for generations the upstream bills but fails to deliver.

We know that's expensive for agent workflows. The plan is a cheaper upstream for the same job; when that lands these prices come back down. Until then, honest pricing beats a subsidized loss on every call.

Everything else in the media cluster (thumbnails, transcription, subtitles, captioning, upscaling) is unchanged.
