tweets-search is for a question you expect to ask again. Save a query for a brand, topic, or phrase, then use the same query, language, and result limit on a later check.

The new recipe accepts one exact Base USDC requirement at or below 0.006 USDC. It writes a local run claim before payment and refuses to reuse that ID for the same request. If the paid request ends without a response, it stops instead of trying a second charge.

The route still returns post text, timestamps, public metrics, and expanded author data from read-only X recent search. It converts since:, until:, and -filter:retweets before the X API call. If native X access is unavailable, the response labels public-index results with degraded: true and dependency evidence.

This recipe doesn't change the endpoint, price, or response contract. It gives returning agents a safe way to repeat the same monitoring job. External repeat purchases, not recipe runs, are the test for whether it helped.
