Scan or score a collection
mint-scout costs $0.05 USDC and supports robinhood and ink. Send a chain with mode: "scan" to sample indexed ERC-721 collections. You can omit mode; scan is the default when there is no address. The scan limit defaults to 10 and tops out at 20. max_holders defaults to 25,000 and filters the sample to collections with 3 through that many holders.
The route reads three token pages, enriches the ages of up to twice the requested limit when its call budget allows, and sorts known ages newest-first before returning the final slice. Each candidate includes its address, name, symbol, holder count, supply, and contract age when available. The response explains that Blockscout's index is holder-sorted, so a brand-new mint may take time to enter this stateless sample. Scan mode makes at most 15 explorer calls.
Pass an address to score one ERC-721 or ERC-1155 collection. Score mode measures distinct minters, mint concentration, active mint hours, top-10 holder share, creator wallet age, sampled prior deploys, contract age, and engine calls versus transfer-only calls.
Flags cover a thin or concentrated mint, a quiet engine with more than 50 sampled transactions, a creator under seven days old, five or more sampled deploys, and top-10 holder concentration above 50%. The automatic score starts at 65 and subtracts 10 points per flag.
